You’ll see the search engine quoting that the company is Canadian-owned and many conflicting results about its HQ being in Las Vegas, Arizona, Texas, Montreal, and even at Deez Nuts on the Isle of Man.

The Real Answer
When it comes to the location of Pornhub’s headquarters, there are no better people to ask than Pornhub themselves.
If you look through their Terms Of Service, you’ll find a peculiar location mentioned several times throughout — Cyprus, specifically 195-197 Old Nicosia-Limassol Road, Dali Industrial zone.
This does indeed seem to be the main center of operations for Aylo Freesites Ltd., the new name for Pornhub’s parent company, MindGeek. Going through the rest of the page, this is all but confirmed by the terms stating that all interactions with the site are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
But why Cyprus? As it turns out, Cyprus has the lowest corporate taxation rate in the EU at a shockingly low 12.5%. It comes as no surprise that, once again, it’s all about the money!
